On this episode of Gumball Love we have ANOTHER incredible guest..Cynthia Kuehn from The Siren Confidential blog.

Do you feel like you just have SO much on your plate lately? You've typically thought of yourself to be a self-disciplined person but lately you just can't seem to manage your time and everything you've got going on. You feel like you're swimming against the current with no end in sight. Maybe you constantly regret saying "yes" to things that you probably should have said "no" to. Well...CYNTHIA'S GOT YOU!

Cynthia is a California-based lifestyle blogger, turned, female empowerment coach. She came a nine to five medical sales job and started The Siren Confidential blog as more of a creative outlet to share her passions of all things fashion, fitness, lifestyle and life hacks.

She transitioned into coaching earlier this year. She knew she wanted it to work with females more on a one to one basis and to do something more meaningful.

She is currently working mostly with entrepreneurs or women who are wanting to be able to manage their time effectively in order to escape their nine to five and build their online business and brand, because that's exactly where she came from.

In this episode, Cynthia shares with us her juiciest tips that she uses to coach her private clients! Right off the bat we talk about expert goal setting tips, how to maintain healthy, supportive relationships and to set boundaries around the people whose energy does not serve you in reaching your highest self, how to avoid saying yes to something you really want to say no to and alll the time management hacks.

Cynthia also gives us a look into her morning routine and what she calls "Silent Sundays". And of course, finally, Cynthia's best dating advice she tells her clients so that they can stop wasting their time and get back to living their best life!

How to stop feeling disorganized and actually set attainable goals

Cynthia lets us in on her goal-setting hacks that she coaches her one-on-one clients on. Every quarter, or every 90 days, Cynthia takes a look at where she's at in her business, in her fitness, in her relationships, and any other areas in her life she's looking to improve or manage.

She will then pick two goals, one business and one personal, to work towards over the next 90 days. Then, she brainstorms 10 different ways to achieve each goal.

Lastly, she uses what is called the Ivy Lee method. This strategy has been around for over 100 years and is so simple yet so effective. At the end of each day, she'll write a list of 6 tasks she needs to accomplish the next morning that will get her closer to her goals. These might be something like "post a job description on Upwork to hire a community manager" or "sign up for a gym class". Then, the next morning, before she does ANYTHING else like checking social media, responding to emails, etc., she will just work through each task one at a time.

How to stop saying yes to everything and stay focused

"I feel like as women, we tend to do that. We want to be able to say yes to everything, but that is just not possible. And that holds a lot of people back. So there's three facets to that that I always talk about with my coaching clients." -Cynthia Kuehn

1. Acknowledge we can't do everything

2. Define your personal boundaries

3. Identify your priorities

We're always being presented with invitations and opportunities, but we have to acknowledge that we can't do it all, we can't be everywhere doing everything for everyone! The two questions Cynthia asks herself when being presented with something she needs to say yes or no to are, "Does this feel good to me?" and "Does this honor me?".

One AMAZING tip she gives to buy yourself more time to think about these questions if you're put on the spot, is to say something like "Thank you so much for thinking of me for this opportunity, let me check my schedule and get back to you." This allows you to go back and consider if it's something that aligns with your goals, if it fits in your schedule and makes you feel good.
